Nutec – International Congress and Exhibition

Dear friends and partners of Nutec.

The debut of Nutec in 2008 was very successful and  well-received on the market.

The Next event, scheduled for November 2010, seems to be ill-omened due to the extremely insecure and difficult current economic situation. Therefore a number of companies regret being unable to participate in Nutec 2010.

At the same time we are observing a substantial interest on the part of attendees.

Focusing on the planet - economy included

As Messe Frankfurt we as well as our partner EPEA Internationale Umweltforschung (International Environmental Research) believe in this topic and are therefore planning to reschedule the event for the beginning of 2011. By doing so we are complying with the wishes of many of our customers who have informed us that they would prefer the new date.

Of course we will communicate the new date as soon as possible.
If you wish to get the latest news even faster, just register for our newsletter.

We thank you very much for your determination and interest and hope to see you in 2011 to bring forward the Cradle to Cradle concept together with you again.

Best wishes,

your Nutec-Team

Comments on Nutec 2008

“Cradle to Cradle” – that‘s the revolutionary principle of the interbranch platform Nutec, where the highest priority is on devising all materials as biological and “technical” nutrients. Products are emerging that are equally favourable for the environment, economy, and society. > more

Reinhard Backhausen, Backhausen Interior Textiles GmbH, Vienna, Austria: The recent NUTEC can be considered a very successful event – and with good reason. All the exhibitors (including us) were very satisfied! > more

Lauren Heine, Clean Production Action, Bellingham, USA: First of all, I loved it! There were so many interesting people however, that I did not have a chance to see everything that I had hoped to see. But that is good. It will bring me back next time. > more

Michael Gugenberger, Wexla, Salzburg, Austria: I have fond memories of NUTEC not only because of the useful contacts and stimulating conversations but also because of the perfect assistance, smooth organisation and friendly service provided by Messe Frankfurt. > more

Kjersti Kviseth, 2025design, Jar, Norway: This was one of the best conceived trade fairs I have ever experienced – bright and friendly in fresh colours and a good design, the "shower cubicles" worked wonderfully well for the presentations and there was enough space to breathe and recharge. > more

Ellie Bird, The Egg Project, Palma de Mallorca, Spanien: In just three days... we talked to over 600 people, all of whom reacted positively to the concept. THE EGG was out there. > more

Erwin Thoma, Ing. Erwin Thoma Holz GmbH, Goldegg, Austria: At first we approached the fair very sceptically as an experiment and had serious doubts as to whether it would be worthwhile participating. I have been attending trade fairs for some 20 years as a self-employed entrepreneur but I have never attended such a wonderful fair. > more

Georg Leitner, pilotprojekt, Graz, Austria: Once again, I would like to thank you for the extraordinarily pleasant and professional support you provided at Nutec. Your dedication and commitment is more than a boon for Messe Frankfurt – no, it is actually priceless! > more

Dr. Iris Vrabec, Berlin Partner GmbH, Berlin, Germany: My visit to NUTEC was not just interesting and fun, I was also amazed by the design. It was the most attractive trade fair I have ever attended! And I have worked for 10 years at an enormous variety of trade fairs. CONGRATULATIONS!!!
